The room was very comfortable and clean. The room had its own front door on the ground floor - very accessible for our needs and it had its own little veranda with table. The room seemed to be quite well insulated from noise outside. Comfortable bed and table-space inside as well as outside. Good tea and coffee-making equipment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Answered the phone immediately when we rang to say we would be arriving a bit late. We didn't use the other facilities (e.g. breakfast) since we arrived quite late and left early, so we can't comment on those other facilities. There seemed to be plenty of car-parking space (we didn't arrive by car, so we can't comment further). Faversham is nearby and very pretty - good location for people travelling between London and Canterbury/Dover. We will probably stay there again if we are in the area or travelling through.

The room was nice, loved being able to park outside. Lots of lights, good T.V. a kettle and a fridge. The thing that let the booking down was that the cleaning was not very thorough. The bathroom was borderline dirty. The sink, toilet and shower were clean. More attention needed to be paid to the floor, corners, edges where lots of fluff and dirt had accumulated over time. The radiator was very dusty and covered in water splash. The room itself was fine although again cleaning needed along skirting edges. All fine but the points mentioned made me wonder how truly clean & hygienic the rest really was? A plus point was the lovely helpfull lady on reception when we arrived. Barley the dog loved his stay. No toiletries provided, minimal coffee etc. Bed wonderfully comfortable, soft sheets.

Breakfast was excellent. Fresh coffee and a wide choice of dishes cooked on the spot. The scrambled eggs and salmon on toast could not have been improved anywhere. The dinner menu was wide and the one time we tried it the food was excellent. It is also a good idea to offer sandwiches in the bar until 8pm and the ones we had on one occasion had lovely fresh bread and copious fillings. My room, 23, though small, was immaculately clean and had everything needed including a very good shower.

The staff go above and beyond in their care for guests. You will receive the warmest welcome and nothing is too much trouble; they are very accommodating and incredibly generous. The staff are upbeat and have a great sense of fun; everyone was wearing bunny ears on Easter Sunday! I had my dog and they gave us a lovely gift bag for her and I received an Easter egg. The grounds are stunning and fabulous for walkers. The breakfast choice is excellent and beautifully presented.

My stay represented excellent value for money for me. I really enjoyed the small private outdoor space that came with my room. Beautiful outlook across open countryside. I was a solo female traveller and the staff were all exceptionally courteous and accommodating. Dinner was delicious and breakfast exceptional. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to others, and in particular solo travellers who will be very well looked after at Judd's Folly.
